Payment & Shipping Policies

Pricing
I will email you the totals for pricing, shipping, insurance (if desired), and sales tax (if sold in Texas) after I receive your initial order. I will also notify you at this point if any of the ordered items are out of stock.

Accepted Payment Options:

  • PayPal (The most secure and efficient payment method). If you use PayPal, choose the "Send Money" option in your account and enter my email address as the recipient: betsy@betsysneedlesandpins.com
  • Money Order or Personal Check via Standard Mail. Once your check has cleared the bank, the item will be shipped to you. Obviously, the PayPal method is faster, and you will receive your order sooner.
  • Visa, Mastercard, Discover are accepted. Contact me via email or phone with your credit card information.

Priority Mail Shipping
All items are shipped Priority Mail. For all in-stock items, packages are usually mailed the next business day after payment has been received.

International Orders
If the order is to be shipped to an international address, additional time may be required to calculate final weight and shipping fees for the item.

Returned Items (Due To Undeliverable Address)
If a shipment is returned to me because the address is undeliverable, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item to the correct address. I will contact you to obtain the correct address and to secure payment of additional shipping fees.

Design Compatibility
If for any reason the chosen design elements cannot be combined properly (due to material compatibility), I will contact you with an update and give you the chance to revise the design. I can offer suggestions if I think other alternatives will work.

As stated in the Custom Orders section, if an item is sold out, a custom order may be placed. Please be as specific as you wish when contacting me, so I may include your preferences when creating the item for you. Communication is the key to your satisfaction. Feel free to send me photos of your ideas and ask as many questions as you like. Your satisfaction is important to me.

Custom Order Fulfillment & Cancellations
I will try to give you an accurate estimate on the turnaround-time for each custom order. My policy is to work on all orders on a first come, first served basis; whether or not they are internet sales or walk-in customers. I have found this to be the only fair way to schedule and process jobs in my workroom.

If for any reason you want to cancel or place a hold on your order, please contact me immediately. Once an in-stock order has been shipped, however, the order cannot be cancelled. If work has already commenced on your custom order, no refunds or cancellations will be processed.
